Explanation

The stem is the infinitive without -er (nettoyer → nettoy-). The endings added to it are -e, -es, -e, -ons, -ez, -ent. A spelling change applies in the three singular persons and the third-person plural: the stem y becomes i (nettoy- → nettoi-).
